  • sawing
  • Engraving

CNC Cutting Services

Our CNC cutting services are no longer limited to 2D applications. The development of CNC technology enables us to provide 3D milling and cutting services for a range of parts.

We start from the software, enabling tool paths to map the prototypes geometric properties. This precise method ensures that a prototype is both accurate and the best representation of your final end-use part.

What is CNC?

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) refers to a computer "controller" that reads G-code instructions and guides a machine tool. Unlike other additive manufacturing techniques, CNC is a Subtractive Rapid Prototyping (SRP) technique. A powered mechanical device typically used to fabricate components selectively removal material. Within the work envelope, CNC removes material until the finished product if ready. Limitations of CNC include the inability to hollow out an object or undercut it; however its benefits far outweigh these boundaries. SRP can be a cheaper option than 3D Printing (depending on the application). For many users, the final prototype can mimic the structural performance and integrity of the final product of with great accuracy.
